1. All prizes must be claimed by 31st January 2008.

2. For a chance to win, fill out the Prize Draw Entry Form available from participating shops, restaurants and cafés or the Rugby Rangers between 1st and 31st May 2007.

3. The offer is open to all local residents and visitors to Rugby town centre excluding employees of Rugby BID Company Ltd, its agents and their families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. To enter you must be aged 18 years or over.

4. No purchase necessary. To enter without purchase please send a sae envelope to Rugby BID Company Ltd at the address below.

5. The main prize consists of a three night break to New York for 2 people. The prize includes 3 nights at a 4* hotel in New York City (for 2 people sharing a room on a room only basis) and return economy class flights incl. airport taxes. Travel to and from the UK airport and between hotel and foreign airport, passports, visas, other travel documents and personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner. The holiday must be taken by 31st January 2008 and cannot be taken during peak summer travel periods, UK bank holidays, Christmas and New Year. The holiday must be booked 2 months before the desired date of departure. The winner’s details will be passed to Lastminute.com in order to make the travel arrangements. The holiday prize is subject to availability at the time of booking.

6. There are also 10 x £50 voucher prizes redeemable at any of the participating Rugby town centre shops, restaurants and cafés.

7. Prize draw will take place at the beginning of June on Rugby FM. Winners will be notified by 15th June 2007.

8. Prizes are as stated, non transferable, non-negotiable and have no cash value. Rugby BID reserves the right to substitute any of the above prizes for a prize of equal or greater value in circumstances beyond its control. No cash alternatives will be offered. Winners must travel on the date agreed, no alternative dates will be available. Rugby BID reserves the right to transfer the original prize if the original winner is unable to travel.

9. No entrant may win more than one prize and only one prize will be awarded per household.

10. Winners may be required to take part in publicity organised by Rugby BID.
